How to make a request to Digital Sage Technologies

We advise clients to request content updates and bug fixes from the our Customer Relationship Management system for the fastest service

1) Visit : https://dstech.crmbn.com/

2) If prompted to login, enter your credentials, select "Remember me" and click "Log in"

3) On the top right, Click on "Support"

4) Click on "+ Open Ticket"

5) Fill in your ticket with all relevant information in as much detail as possible

6) Make sure to check the status of your ticket often to see if there are any additional information requested
